Flux-DEV can be create image  in 8Step. This workflow is not designed for high-quality use, but is used to quickly test prompt words and production images. All example pictures are all generated under 8Step.

Using this workflow, the RTX 4070 can complete a picture in about 13 seconds.

How to install NF4:

Flux NF4

1、 git clone https://github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI_bitsandbytes_NF4

(Clone in Custom_nodes)

2、 Update ComfyUI

3、 Update bitsandbytes：pip install -U bitsandbytes

(portable version go to update folder)

..\python_embeded\python.exe -s -m pip install -U bitsandbytes

4、 Download model   https://huggingface.co/lllyasviel/flux1-dev-bnb-nf4/blob/main/flux1-dev-bnb-nf4.safetensors

5、 Change LoadCheckpoint node to CheckPointLoaderNF4
